Heard Shri Ram Sajiwan Prajapati, learned counsel for the defendant- appellant and Shri Abu Bakht, learned counsel for the plaintiff- respondents. 2. This is defendant's second appeal arising out of concurrent judgments and decrees drawn by the trial court and the first appellate court decreeing the suit for permanent prohibitory injunction filed by the plaintiff- respondents. 3. The suit was filed based upon title and actual and physical possession over 1/4th share in land covered by Gata No.125 Minjumla indicated by boundaries in the plaint. Title was claimed based upon registered sale deed dated 06.09.2011 executed by one Shakeel in favour of the plaintiffs. The claim for injunction was opposed by the defendant-appellant relying upon a sale deed of 1/4th share in the property executed by one Dulhe Khan. 4.
