The claim for being appointed on compassionate ground was rejected by the respondents, which led the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). The CAT by the order dated 17.12.2019 set aside the order passed by the respondents in the following terms: “10. Thus, in view of aforesaid legal & factual scenario the impugned order cannot be said to be legally sustainable and keeping in view the fact that the Government employee was died in 2004 and applicant's claim was rejecte
