By order dated 01.04.2026, this Court had recorded that the petitioner company is ready to pay Rs.6 Lacs to the legal heirs of the deceased workman towards full and final settlement of the outstanding dues. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner company has taken a sympathetic view in the present case and since the award passed by the learned Labour Court had directed
