Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record, pertinent is to note that the land acquisition proceedings with respect to the land in question has already been completed with the making of the award dated 29.06.2010. It may be noted that the Notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 was published on 11.11.2008. However, the petitioner herei
