Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 0129/2024 dated 12.03.2024, registered at Police Station Seelampur, for commission of offences under Sections 323/341/452/506/379/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there was a cross-FIR also, which was registered as FIR No.131/2024 and in terms of settlement, which is comprehensive in nature and took place before Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, both the sides have agreed to not pursue with the respective FIRs. 3. Charge-sheet has already been filed and except offence under Section 4. As noted, the parties have been able to amicably resolve the matters
