The present Petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeking the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties arising out of the Deputation Services Agreement dated 13.06.20232 executed between the parties. 2. The Dispute Resolution Clause, being Clause 20 of the Agreement, reads as under: “20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any and all disputes, differences or questions relating to or arising out of this Agreement, including without limitation, any questions relating to the existence, validity and enforceability of any of the provisions of this Agreement (together "Disputes"), shall be 1 A&C Act 2 Agreement Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:NEERU ARB.P. 249/2026 Page 1 of 7 Signing Date:22.04.2026 18:08:38 submitted for arbitration by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the Parties under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The seat of arbitration shall be at Delhi. The arbitral proceedings shall be in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator/s shall be final and binding on the Parties.” 3.
