Both these petitions, being connected, have been taken up together. 2. These petitions seek quashing of FIR No.364/2021 dated 27.07.2021, registered at PS Jaitpur, for commission of offences under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC and of FIR No.556/2020 dated 01.11.2020, registered at PS Jaitpur, for commission of offences under Sections 323/354/506/509/34 IPC along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.. 3.
