The Appellant has filed the present intra-court appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, read with Section 13 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 and Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908, assailing the order dated 20.05.20242 passed by the learned Single Judge in O.M.P. In a nutshell, the present dispute arises out of a Collaboration Agreement dated 07.06.20164 between the Appellant (landowner), and the Respondent (Collaborator) for commercial development of the Appellant’s land in Gurugram.
