First petition relates to FIR No. 261/2019 dated 24.09.2019, registered at Police Station Mohan Garden in which there are three accused persons. Such FIR has been lodged on the basis of complaint made by respondent no. 2 (name withheld) who revealed about commission of offences under Sections 323/354/354(B)/34 IPC. In the aforesaid incident, her daughter was also molested. 3. On the same day another FIR i.e. FIR No. 260/2019 was registered which relates to commission of offences under Sections 323/379/356/354/354(D)/452/34 IPC.
