The present Petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeking the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes inter se the parties, arising out of the Fund Raising Services Agreement dated 07.10.20242 executed between the parties. 2. The Agreement contains a Dispute Resolution Clause, which contemplates adjudication of disputes, arising between the parties, by way of Arbitration.
