The present Petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeking the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes inter se the parties, arising out of the Fund Raising Services Agreement dated 07.10.20242 executed between the parties. 2. The Agreement contains a Dispute Resolution Clause, which contemplates adjudication of disputes, arising between the parties, by way of Arbitration. The said Dispute Resolution Clause is contained in Article 6.1 of the Agreement3, reads as under: “6.1 Any controversy or dispute in connection with this agreement which cannot be amicably settled by the parties 1 Act 2 Agreement 3 Arbitration Clause 3.
