JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN J U D G M E N T (oral) 1. Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 78/2018 dated 09.03.2018, registered at P.S. Fatehpurberi, for commission of offences under Sections 341/323/427/506/34 of IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. Some additional penal Sections were added in the charge-sheet. 2. The abovesaid case was registered on the basis of report lodged by respondent No.2 wherein she had claimed that her neighbors had assaulted and threatened her. 3. It is apprised that one cross-FIR was also registered i.e. FIR No. 223/2018. It was for commission of offences under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC with respect to the same incident and since the abovesaid offences were compoundable in nature, requisite statements of the parties have already been recorded by the learned Trial Court.
