The petition is for setting aside the order dated 17.03.2026 passed by respondent no. 1-Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), whereby, directions have been issued under Section 33(A) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 to handover the Okhla Common Effluent Treatment Plant being operated by the petitioner. 2.
