This writ petition assails the following order dated 29 January 2024 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal1 in CP No. 663/2023: “Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the directions of the Tribunal in the associated OA have been complied with. He places before us an affidavit of compliance in this effect which makes a categorical submission that necessary orders of promotion of eligible persons have been passed by the competent authority. Copy of the orders is annexed to the said affidavit. 2.
