Broadly speaking, prosecution case is that the accused/applicant, aged about 42 years and father of 6 children, forcibly raped the prosecutrix, who was minor in age. 3. Learned counsel for accused/applicant submits that the accused/applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is also contended by learned counsel for the accused/applicant that the prosecutrix has no objection if the accused/applicant is released on bail.
