Ltd. annexed · herewith as Annexure P-1; 4. Pursuant to e-auction under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, the petitioner had purchased a property bearing Khasra No.142/627(2-2), Extended Lal Dora of Village Kanjhawala, New Delhi- 110081 against a total consideration of Rs.1
