The present application under Order VII Rule 11 (a) and (d) read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed by the Defendant No.1 seeking rejection of the Plaint inter alia on the grounds that the instant Suit does not qualify as a „commercial dispute‟ in terms of Section 2(1)(c) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 [“CC Act”]. 2.
