By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 12.10.2023 [hereafter „impugned order‟], passed in by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (SC-POCSO), North East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi [hereafter „Sessions Court‟], in SC No. 275/2023, arising out of FIR No. 462/2023, registered at Police Station New UsmanPur, Delhi, for commission of offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [hereafter „IPC‟] and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 [hereafter „POCSO Act‟], vide which the CRL.REV.P. 37/2024 2.
