This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to direct the Civil Judge (J.D.), Deoband, Saharanpur to decide the Suit No. 213 of 2023 (Mohd. Azeem Vs. Vishal Kumar) within stipulated and reasonable period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court otherwise petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 2. From the perusal of the record, it transpires that the petitioner has prayed for early disposal of Original Suit No. 213 of 2023 (Mohd. Azeem Vs. Vishal Kumar), pending before the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Deoband, Saharanpur. 3. The Division Bench of this Court in Ali Shad Usmani vs. Ali Isteba, 2015 (2) ADJ 250 (DB) has held that no direction can be issued to the sub- ordinate courts for deciding the suit within stipulated period.
