This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Civil Judge-IInd (Junior Division), Kasganj to conclude the proceeding of Civil Suit No. 182 of 2024 (Kesri & another vs. Mandakini & others) within stipulated period without granting any unnecessary adjournment so that the justice may be done; otherwise the applicant/petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 2. From the perusal of the record, it transpires that the petitioner has prayed for early disposal of Original Suit No. 182 of 2024 (Kesri & another vs. Mandakini & others), pending before the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) -IInd, Kasganj. 3. The Division Bench of this Court in Ali Shad Usmani vs. Ali Isteba, 2015 (2) ADJ 250 (DB) has held that no direction can be issued to the sub- ordin
