This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. Issue a order or direction commanding the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) Kasya Kushinagar to decide the Civil Suit No. 1039 of 2021 (Bindu Devi Vs Imarti Devi and others) within the time period fixed by the Hon'ble Court preferably on the next date fixed in the aforesaid suit without giving any undue adjournments at the instance of the Plaintiff/ Respondent." 2. From the perusal of the record, it transpires that the petitioner has prayed for early disposal of Original Suit No. 1039 of 2021 (Bindu Devi Vs Imarti Devi and others), pending before the court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) Kasya Kushinagar. 3. The Division Bench of this Court in Ali Shad Usmani vs. Ali Isteba, 2015 (2) ADJ 250 (DB) has held that no direction can be issued to the sub- ordinate courts for deciding the suit within stipulated period.
