This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. To issue a order or direction to the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court No. 3, Gorakhpur to decide the Suit no. 480/2020 (Poonam Devi Ramraika and others Vs. Sulochana Devi and others) pending before the court of said authority, within stipulated time period, if possible within a period of three months." 2. From the perusal of the record, it transpires that the petitioner has prayed for early disposal of Original Suit No. 480 of 2020 pending before the court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court No. 3, Gorakhpur. 3. The Division Bench of this Court in Ali Shad Usmani vs. Ali Isteba, 2015 (2) ADJ 250 (DB) has held that no direction can be issued to the sub-ordinate courts for deciding the suit within stipulated period.
