This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "TO ISSUE an order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Court No-10, Allahabad to consider and decide the Original Suit No.3878 of 2023 (Gyandhar Mishra V/s Shakuntala Shyamdhar Mishra) filed as long as back on 06.10.2023 as expeditiously as possible preferably within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, to secure the ends of justice." 2. From the perusal of the record, it transpires that the petitioner has prayed for early disposal of Original Suit No. 3878 of 2023, pending before the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 10, Allahabad. 3. The Division Bench of this Court in Ali Shad Usmani vs. Ali Isteba, 2015 (2) ADJ 250 (DB) has held that no direction can be issued to the sub- ordinate courts fo
