This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "a) Issue an order or direction, directing the Defendants/ Respondents to not interfere in the peace full possession and occupation of the Plaintiffs/Petitioners over the Araji No. 298 Area 0.085 Hectare situated at Village Mauja Uruwa, Tappa Kurmaut, Pargana Dhuriyapar, Tehsil Gola, District Gorakhpur and also to not raise any constructions over the aforesaid land in dispute during pendency of the Original Suit No. 243 of 2023 (Sri Gopi Chand Versus Vijendra and others) pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Bansgaon, Gorakhpur. b) Issue an order or direction, directing the Court below i.e. Civi Judge (Junior Division) Bansgaon, Gorakhpur to consider and decide the Original Suit No. 243 of 2023 (Sri Gopi Chand Versus Vijendra and others) pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division)
