This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(a) Issue order or direction in the nature of direct the learned trial court to decide the Suit No. 259 of 2017 (Kamla Devi Vs. Pradeep Others), pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)-II, Bhadohi-Gyanpur within stipulated period as fixed by the Hon'ble Court." 2. From the perusal of the record, it transpires that the petitioner has prayed for early disposal of Suit No. 259 of 2017, pending before the court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)-II, Bhadohi-Gyanpur. 3. The Division Bench of this Court in Ali Shad Usmani vs. Ali Isteba, 2015 (2) ADJ 250 (DB) has held that no direction can be issued to the sub- ordinate courts for deciding the suit within stipulated period.
