By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioners have challenged the validity of two orders dated 07.10.2021, passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate Kaiserganj, District Bahraich in Case No.7157 of 2021, under Section 145 Cr.P.C. copies whereof have been annexed as Annexure Nos.2 and 3 to the petition.
