In view of the order which is being proposed to be passed, notices are not being issued to the defendant-respondent 2nd set and defendant- respondent 3rd set. 3. The case of the plaintiff-petitioners is that they instituted OS No. 15 of 2025 before the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Koil, District Aligarh seeking permanent injunction against the defendant-respondents restraining them in interfering with the possession of the land in question. An application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the CPC came to be filed by the defendant contesting respondents on the ground that suit itself was not maintainable parti
