Submission is that the dispute pertains to Gata no. 20 Min, which is a large gata, in which Navin Parti, Talab and Abadi were reported in the inquiry conducted and, insofar as the petitioners are concerned, their claim is confined to the residential structures stranding over part of the said minjumla Gata no. 20. It is contended that once in the reports, it has come that old Abadi exists, irrespective of other status of the gata, unless proceeding
