This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 10.03.2026 whereby the Executing Court, i.e. the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ghaziabad has directed the Police Commissioner, Commissionerate Ghaziabad to complete the proceedings of possession with police assistance and submit report in that regard. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents no. 1 and 2 were tenants in the property owned by respondents no. 4 and 5. A suit for permanent prohibitory injunction being O.S. No. 776 of 2022 was filed by the respondents no. 1 and 2 against the respondents no. 4 and 5 in which an interim injunction order was passed on 14.05.2024 against forcible dispossession and
