This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the trial court i.e. Civil Judge (S.D.), Kaushambi to decide the Execution Case No. 2 of 2025, arising out of Civil Suit No. 124 of 2019, expeditiously within an stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended that the plaintiff-petitioner had filed a civil suit no. 124 of 2019 for permanent injunction. The said suit was decreed ex-parte on 01.02.2025. Against the said ex-parte judgment and decree dated 14.02.2025, no restoration under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC nor any civil appeal under Section 96 CPC has been preferred by the defendant- respondents.
