Application dated 27.02.2026 in Case No. 1305 of 2024 (State vs. Himanshu Pandey @ Monu and others), arising out of Case Crime no. 24 of 2023, under Sections 447, 420 IPC and Section 3/5 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property ct, P.S. Pipri, District kaushambi, whereby the application, which has been filed to give permission to issue the Passport has been dismissed. 3.
