The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in possession of a property bearing Bungalow no.64 (Survey No.212), Meerut Cantt., Meerut. According to the petitioner, the property is held on old grants terms and the land on which the bungalow in question has been constructed has been classified as B-3 as per Jiya Lal.
