Heard Sri Santosh Kumar, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Sanjeev Arora and Sri Ram Krishna Yadav, learned counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner as well as Sri Subodh Kumar, learned counsel for the defendant-respondent no. 1. 2. In view of the order which is being proposed to be passed, notices are not being issued to the proforma defendant respondents. 3. The case of the plaintiff-petitioner is that Master Atharv Nigam claims to be a 10 year old boy who is minor and he has preferred the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India through natural guardian/next friend (mother) Smt. Ragni Mishra who happens to be proforma defendant respondent also. Smt. Ragni Mishra's marriage stood solemnized with Sri Nitin Nigam on 15.12.2006 and with the wedlock they were blessed with two sons, the elder one was born on 09.03.2010 and the younger one who is Master Atharv Nigam was born
