The supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Vinod Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the defendant- petitioner and Sri Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the plaintiff- respondents. 3. The case of the defendant-petitioner is that Original Suit No. 429 of 2023 (Rajendra and another vs. Man Singh and others) was instituted before the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Azamgarh, seeking, inter alia, a decree of permanent injunction against the defendant. In the said suit, the defendant-petitioner put in appearance on 15.04.2024. However, it is alleged that neither a copy of the plaint nor the relevant documents were supplied to the defendant-petitioner. 4. It is further submitted that despite requests made on two occasions, the said documents were not furnished, and the trial court, by order dated 07.02.2005, proceeded ex-parte against the defendant
