The Original Suit No. 262 of 2000 was filed by the plaintiff petitioner claiming relief of cancellation of a registered sale deed dated 20.3.1989 executed by one Prem Shankar. 4. The amendment application was filed 20 years after institution of suit where the issues were also framed and various paragraphs were sought to be incorporated by way of amendment in the plaint and a relief was also sought to be substituted by a new relief to the effect that in place of relief of cancellation of sale deed, relief of declaration be substituted declaring that the defendants have not acqu
