Heard Sri Utkarsha Shukla, learned counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner. 2. In view of the order, which is being proposed to be passed today, notices are not being issued to the defendant-respondent. 3. The case of the plaintiff-petitioner is that his marriage stood solemnized with the defendant-respondent on 14.12.2024 as per the Hindu Rites and Rituals. However, due to matrimonial dispute, they are living separately since 10.01.2025. Proceedings in O.S. No. 153 of 2026 which came to be preferred before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar (Akshay Kumar v. Smt. Shubhi Gupta) under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 on 19.01.2026. It is also the case of the plaintiff- petitioner that even the parties could not get the matter amicably settled through mediation.
