Heard Ms. Rama Goel Bansal, learned counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner. 2. In view of the order, which is being proposed to be passed today, notices are not being issued to the defendant-respondents. 3. The case of the plaintiff-petitioner is that the plaintiff-petitioner happened to be a partnership firm duly constituted in the year 1969 dealing with the business of spare parts, lubricants, Tyres and Automobiles. The plaintiff- petitioner further claims to be the tenant over the demised premises, which was let out to them by virtue of a registered lease deed of the year 1969. Thereafter, consequent to the death of the erstwhile partners another lease deed came to be executed on 30.09.1986, however, a SCC Suit no.36 of 2013 came to be instituted by the defendant-respondent against the plaintiff- petitioner for arrears of rent and eviction.
