Pratima Shrma and others) before the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Koil, Aligarh for cancellation of a sale deed dated 10.12.2000 which came to be decreed by judgment and the order dated 31.10.2019/ 14.11.2019 against the judgment and the decree in question, a first appeal had been preferred by the defendant-respondent/ judgment debtor being Appeal No. 26 of 2021 (Smt. Pratima Sharma v. Sunil Kumar) and according to the plaintiff/ petitioner/ decree holder, there is no interim order operating. Thereafter an Execution Case No. 17
