In view of the order, which is being proposed to be passed today, notices are not being issued to the other respondents. 3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner happens to be Ram Kishore son of Kaleshwar who has purchased the bhumidhari plot no.10 of village Katka @ Firozpur, pargana Jhunsi, Tehsil Phoolpur, Prayagraj from Mehi Lal co-owner in the name of his minor daughters namely Asha Mani and Tara Mani on 18.10.1960. It is also the case of the petitioner that the sister of petitioner being Asha Mani and Tara Mani was born in the year 1955 and 1957 and on the purchase of the said land by the father of the petitioner, in the name of the sisters of the writ petitioner, they were min
