In view of the order, which is being proposed to be passed today, notices are not being issued to the plaintiff-respondents. 4. The case of the defendant-petitioner is that the defendant-petitioner's marriage stood solemnized with the plaintiff-respondent on 07.12.2020, however, they are living separately since 08.05.2022 on account of matrimonial discord. Proceedings under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 came to be instituted before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Fatehpur being Case no. 1082 of 2025, Smt. Arti Devi vs. Sitanshu Patel. The matter was referred for mediation on 20.12.2025, 20.01.2026 and 21.02.2026, however, there was no settlement between the parties.
