The case of the plaintiff-petitioner is that his marriage stood solemnized with the defendant-respondent on 04.12.2024 as per the Hindu Rites and Rituals. However, due to matrimonial dispute, they are living separately since 22.02.2025. Proceedings under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 came to be instituted for restitution of conjugal rights, the parties were living separately.
