Heard Sri Bed Kant Mishra, learned counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner. 2. In view of the order, which is being proposed to be passed today, notices are not being issued to the defendant-respondent. 3. The case of the defendant-petitioner is that the defendant-petitioner's marriage stood solemnized with the respondent on 10.12.2018 and with their wedlock a baby was also born on 14.08.2020. However, since 21.08.2020, they are living separately owing to matrimonial discord. A petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, came to be instituted before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur being Case No.3220 of 2025 and the matter was referred to mediation on 21.01.2026 but the settlement could not be arrived at.
