The present petition has been instituted to assail the order dated 24.02.2026 passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 3, Kanpur Nagar in S.C.C. Revision No. 179 of 2025 (Chandrabhan and Others vs. Neeraj and Others). By means of the order impugned, the revisional court, upon noticing that the petitioner–judgment-debtors had failed to comply with the directions contained in its earlier order dated 16.02.2026 requiring deposit of the amount during the pendency of the revision, has held that the said interim order stood rendered ineffective and observed that the executing court would be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
