Certain gift deeds were executed by the petitioners in favour of the respondent based upon which name of respondent was mutated. Reference of the gift deeds was made by petitioner no. 2 in a previously instituted Original Suit No. 1583 of 2023 filed against her daughter-in- law Jyoti Singh. 4.
