Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.02.2026, the report of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Fast Track Court, Ghaziabad dated 16.03.2026 has been placed on record. 2. I have perused the report. From the perusal of the report, it transpires that the defendant had not appeared despite the service of notice nor any written statement/objection was filed on the date fixed. The court below, thereafter, on 15.11.2022 had directed the matter for ex-parte evidence of the plaintiff. It was on the basis of the order that the examination-in-chief of the plaintiff was done and the list of witnesses were submitted. I am satisfied with the report submitted by the officer concerned. 3. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i.
