The present Petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeking the appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes inter se the parties. 2. The Arbitration Clause is set out at Clause 43 of the Collaboration Agreement dated 22.07.20042, which reads as follows: “43. Any dispute and/or difference arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including with respect to an interpretation of any provision hereof, (other than the dispute referred to in Clause 1 Act 2 Agreement 3.
