The present Petition has been filed under Section 11(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeking the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator for the adjudication of the disputes inter se the parties arising out of the Transport Agreement dated 22.09.20232. 2. The Arbitration Clause is set out at Clause 5 of the Agreement dated 22.07.2004. “5.
