The appellant challenged the communication dated 24.12.2025 by which she was informed that her candidature for the post of Bailiff had been cancelled. 2. The rejection of the candidature of the petitioner was due to the fact that there was a criminal case pending against her and, therefore, she did not qualify for an appointment to the said post of
