[2] The Labour Court, after conducting a detailed inquiry, came to the conclusion that termination of the workman was unlawful, but however proceeded to come to the conclusion that grant of a lump sum compensation of Rs. 1 lakh in lieu of the prayers made for setting aside the termination, reinstatement
