The petitioner joined the Military Engineering Services on 4 October 1963 as Superintendent Buildings and Roads Grade II. He superannuated on 16 August 1985. His pension was revised in accordance with the recommendations of the 4th, 5th and 6th Central Pay Commissions as approved by the Government. 3.
