By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in proceedings arising out of FIR No.580/2025 dated 11.11.2025 registered at PS: Rajouri Garden under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) and Sections 69/351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS). 2. As per FIR, the complainant/ prosecutrix came in contact with the applicant in the year 2022 which led to their friendship.
